Growing, growing, growing

We finally did it.  Let the record show that on the evening of July 10th, Annabella slept in her own room.  She's already growing up so fast.

Not only did she sleep in her own room, but AB slept 8 hours straight (9 PM to 5 AM)!  It was an amazing night for all of us.  Unfortunately she hasn't repeated the longer sleep period, but at least we know it's possible.

This past weekend Annabella met her future boyfriend, Carson.  Dave and Francine drove over for a visit and it was so good to see them.  Annabella and Carson had a great time staring at each other, and we can only assume this will mean they will be best of friends in the future.

I tried to weigh Annabella using our scale at home.  I think she weighs close to 11 pounds.  She's growing like a champ!

AB is filling out her car seat these days and enjoys going for walks in her stroller.

Annabella still LOVES to be held (and prefers to sleep on Daddy's chest), but we're slowly getting her to spend more time on her own.  She sat her in Bumpo chair recently, and likes to look around.  She has pretty good head control when she's not tired.

Annabella will be 12 weeks old tomorrow, and will be 3 months in just a few short days.  We love you more each day, Annabella!
