You are nine months old today! You have grown tremendously over the past couple of months, and your daddy and I are SO proud. We didn't think it could be possible, but we fall in love with you more every day. You are amazing, and have such a spunky personality. Annabella Carol, you are our little joy, and we thank God for blessing us with you!
Things you have been up to lately:
- You weigh 17 pounds 13 ounces, and you're 25 1/2 inches long. You're still in the 25th percentile for weight and 5th percentile for length.
- You wear size 3 diapers (size 4 at night), and wear 9 month clothes.
- You're still dealing with a bit of reflux. You spit up at least once after your bottle, but that is a great improvement from when you were a newborn.
- You're doing great sleeping at night, except when we go on vacation and take you away from your crib. You typically sleep from 7 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. or 7 a.m. You still sleep on your back and rotate your head to the side.
- You favor your right side. You prefer to look to the right, and I think you're going to be right handed.
- You still love to have books read to you. You stare at the pages and love to look at big, bright pictures. You also like to turn the pages and sometimes hold the book.
- You're doing a great job sitting up on your own. You only fall over once a day or so.
- Sometimes you suck in your bottom lip (like the picture above). You crack your daddy and me up.
- You LOVE to laugh and talk. You are a talkative little baby and babble all the time. You always have a lot to say when you wake up from your nap.
- Your went for your first swing ride this past month.
- You still don't have any teeth. This is amazing to your dad and me because you drool like crazy, and everything goes in your mouth.
- You are a musical girl and love to be sung to. You still like to hum/coo along while someone sings.

I can't believe she's already 9 months! How the heck did that happen?! Awesome that she still sleeps on her back! Annabel immediately goes to her side or stomach these days, which sometimes worries me, but there's not much I can do about it!
