One of Annabella's favorite places in our house right now is at the front door by our shoes. She'll walk over to the shoes, then she'll say "sit", and sit down. Then, she says "shoes" and put her shoes by her feet. She'll look up at me and repeat "shoes, shoes, shoes", if I'm not quick enough getting the shoes on her feet.
Her socks are also called "shoes" right now, but we're working on that. She gets excited when she knows we're headed outside (and usually screams when we have to come back in).
Like most kids her age, she LOVES the outdoors.
It doesn't hurt that we had a little cool front today, so it was a beautiful afternoon.
She has this funny little habit of wanting to go in our neighbors' driveways. Most of them are on an incline, so maybe she likes going up the little hill? I have no idea, but I'm glad most of our neighbors don't mind a friendly toddler around their house.
And just for good measure, a picture of Annabella's sweet face (since most of the pics I take these days are of her heading in the opposite direction). We're having a blast with our funny 16-month old!
