Confession

I sometimes hold AB while she naps.  And by sometimes, I mean a lot of the time.

She'll usually sleep for an hour and a half in her crib, but some days, she will only sleep for thirty minutes.

It's on the days that she's only slept for thirty minutes that we get some cuddle time.  I scoop her up and snuggle her for another hour while she sleeps in my arms.

I haven't cleaned my house in at least 2 weeks, or finished the laundry.

All of that can wait, though, because I like to spend my time holding my baby that won't always be a baby.

So, so true:)

"The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow,
For children grow up, as I’ve learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep.
I’m rocking my baby and babies don’t keep."
